ABOUT US

We are a network of twelve nonprofit organizations dedicated to helping every girl in East Tennessee reach her potential through post-secondary education. We work across sectors, from education to social services to housing to after-school programs and more, but we share a commitment to empowering more girls and women to pursue education after high school.

Our network is convened and supported by the Women’s Fund of East Tennessee (WFET). Beginning in 2015, we conducted extensive message research and testing to understand barriers to post-secondary education and opportunities to overcome them.

Now, our network meets several times a year to plan programs and communications campaigns to help girls and young women pursue post-secondary education. Our network’s activities range from one-on-one tutoring to small presentations to digital marketing campaigns.
